Service Description

As well as improving strength and flexibility, vinyasa yoga is also a surprising source of cardio. The rapid movements and changes in stance elevate the heart rate and get the blood pumping. Vinyasa yoga works the entire body; resulting in more calories burned, increased agility and mobility and helps to maintain healthy bones and joints. Yoga is functional exercise, meaning that the body works in union with all systems and parts. This style of movement helps to increase our body awareness which, combined with the cardio benefits of a regular vinyasa yoga practice, can result in weight loss. It is calmin, purifys the body, increase muscle strength & flexibility and finally brings you to the present. Yoga opens you up to this moment, which is all there is and which is the doorway to experience truth and real happiness.
